Update August 2022

NB: due to the current situation in Ukraine and Russia , we are unable to send any mail to this region until further notice. I hope everyone in the affected regions are remaining safe and may a resolution soon be found. 

Shipping prices increased since July 2022 and had had to adjust my shipping prices as well.
We are doing the very best we can to provide you with the most reliable and cost-effective shipping method. 

All Parcels will be sent via either PostNL (within the Netherlands) or DPD/DHL (worldwide).
 
Items are ready to ship unless stated otherwise.
I require 2-4 days of processing time
to ship your items. You will get an update when your order is shipped & tracking will be provided if that option is chosen upon check out.
With Covid delays still in place, I highly recommend choosing tracked shipping option!

Heavy items/Larger Ceramics:
These lager Ceramics needs extra packaging needs and is heaver to ship, so it has a higher shipping rate than other items in the store. If you buy other items, together with the large ceramics, you'll be asked to pay for separate shipping, however I'll refund the excess shipping costs to you and ship them all together. 

Tracking: 
You will receive a tracking confirmation link a few days after I mark your items as shipped. The link isn't active until it reaches the distribution point so it takes a few days.

Transit time: 
When the parcel is shipped, it is in the postal system's process and with time it will arrive to your doorstep. It may vary from 2-45 days, depending on your location. Time estimates per region are provided at check out. However there are still delays with postal systems world wide. 
Due to Covid-19 shipping might be extra delayed and I would not be able to ship to certain countries. If this is the case I will contact you right away after I process your purchase. You can then either decide to cancel your order for a refund or put your on hold until it is possible to ship to your country. I highly recommend choosing tracked shipping, I'm not able to help with tracking parcels otherwise, unfortualtely. 

Flat-rate shipping for dotcards sets/ Stickers:
This is applicable if you only buy these items! If you buy dotcards/Stickers with another type of item, you'll have two shipping rates at check out and it says "will ship separately" HOWEVER I'll refund you the remaining shipping costs if you buy other items types in your order and ship them together! < 

NB: Note that VAT (value added tax)/import charges are NOT added to the prices, however, these charges may apply upon arrival to your country and before receiving your parcel! The VAT charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local postal services about receiving packages from the Netherlands(EU) and the extra cost which may apply!

Returns are not accepted however if there is any issue with your order, please do email me so we can work it out. Providing you with the best painting experience is what I aim for so feedback is always appreciated.
